No legal or regulatory advice
The content on this site, including descriptions of federal and state requirements, regulatory citations, F-tags, and any statement about what a facility must track, is general information published for convenience. It is not legal, regulatory, clinical, or compliance advice, it is not a substitute for consulting counsel or your state's licensing and survey agency, and it does not create an attorney-client or consultant-client relationship. Regulations change and are interpreted differently by different surveyors. You are responsible for determining what applies to your facility. Credolex makes no representation that using the Credolex service will result in compliance with any law, regulation, survey standard, or accreditation requirement.
No guarantee of results
Statements on this site about catching a lapsing credential, preventing a survey finding, or saving time describe what the product is designed to do, not an outcome we guarantee. Reminder emails depend on the accuracy of the dates and addresses you enter and on third-party email delivery. Section 2.4 of the Terms of Service governs.
Pricing
Prices shown on the pricing page are current as of the date on this notice, are in United States dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and may change on 30 days' notice as described in Section 6.6 of the Terms of Service. Plan tiers are limited by the number of active personnel stated for each tier.
The public demonstration
The demonstration at app.credolex.com/#/sandbox is a shared environment open to anyone with the link. Everything entered into it is visible to every other visitor and is deleted nightly. Do not enter real personal, facility, or confidential information into it.
Requesting access
Submitting the request form does not create an account, a contract, or any obligation on Credolex to provide the service. We will email the address you provide about your request, and you may ask us to stop at any time by replying or writing to privacy@credolex.com.
Intellectual property
The Credolex name, logo, website design, application, and requirement library are the property of Credolex LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Regulatory text quoted or cited on this site is in the public domain; our selection, arrangement, and description of it is not. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use the requirement library or site content to build a competing product.
Third-party names
Names of regulations, agencies, standards, and third-party products mentioned on this site are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement of Credolex by, or affiliation with, any agency or organization.
Accessibility
We aim to make the site and application usable with a keyboard and a screen reader, and the application includes a large-text setting. If you encounter a barrier, email support@credolex.com and we will work with you to provide the information or function you need.
Cookies and tracking
Credolex uses no advertising cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, or session-recording tools. The application stores your sign-in session and two display preferences in your browser's local storage. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Security reports
Report a suspected vulnerability to security@credolex.com. We acknowledge reports within two business days. We will not pursue legal action against a researcher who tests in good faith, does not access, modify, or exfiltrate data belonging to others, does not degrade the service, uses only the public demonstration environment or an account they control, and gives us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it.

We may update these notices. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
